Technical Leader

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Strong technical skill at least 1 specific system (Web App, Mobile App, ERP, CRM) and take responsibility for designing that solution in project.
• Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
• Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
• Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.
• Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
• Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.
• Organize technical training for team.
• Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.
• Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.
• Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
• Manage small team 3~5 members

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

• 1~3 years as Team Leader/Technical Leader/System Analyst
• Knowledge in Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Production Master, Sales, CRM, CAD/CAM, …
• Mobile app & SQL experience
• Good design documentation
  Deep experience in Software
• Development Life Cycle.
• Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
  PLUS:
• Good communication skill
• Good working attitude
• Japanese language would be a plus (N3)
• Japanese company experience is preferable
