MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

We are seeking a Project Leader in this project related to digital marketing technology.

Your responsibilities shall be:

- Work with client to get requirement, and provide solution to meet clients’ request

- Estimate, task assignment, and monitor project to delivery product on time on quality

- Responsible in team member's performance evaluation & team member's career path development

- Support in engineer interview

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Background: Computer Science.

- Have 1.5 years as role of project leader

- Have experience in developing system of PHP

- Can manage more several development team to delivery product at the same time

- Has experience in testing, programming.

- Ability to review source code of member, provide technical solutions when members need the help

- Have good problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate in English (Japanese is plus point)

- Experienced in managing Drupal projects is plus point
