[Remote] Senior QA Engineer（Blockchain/Web3）

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

We are going to develop Web3×HR-tech product for the Asian market.
You will be in charge of leading QA task for this product from zero

QA plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up automated test environment and conducting tests for our web3 solution (including Front-end, back-end and smart contracts).

・Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
・Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
・Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
・Identify, record, and thoroughly document and track bugs
・Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
・Develop and apply automated testing processes
・Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
・Monitor debugging process results
・Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
・Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
・Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Education level：Computer science
Language：At least upper Intermediate English
No. of experienced year：At least 5 years experience in QA field
Key experience：
Must
・At least 5 years experience in QA field
・Good command of English reading
・Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
・Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
・Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
・Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
・Experience working in an Agile development process

Nice to have:
・Japanese
・Experience with Git
・Experience with Dapp or any blockchain solution.
・Good command of English writing
