Technical Director
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
We are looking for a passionate Technical Director to drive the technical planning and execution on a cross-functional development team. You will lead the engineering component of the team and provide direction to technical leads. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with other product leaders and technical partners as the technical subject matter expert for the team. Technical Director balances strategic and tactical direction to deliver and maintain a stable, scalable product with focused innovations.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- At least 5 years experience as Technical Director or CTO or Solution Architect for complex systems/ products
- Passionate about start-up, product development and having outstanding technical leadership
- Leadership experience on developing and running large-scale products
- Hands-on experience on designing solutions for system architecture and database
- Microservices experience
- Solid knowledge of web application technology, design patterns, server infrastructure
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiar with Agile development processes
- Good English communication and documentation skills
- Advanced technical capability, experience in Java/ Golang, Kubernetes, Microservice development, Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
