Technical Support Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Support via hotline calls and emails; log all customer requests into the internal ticketing system
- provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitor Linux & Windows system on AWS/Azure
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
- To support other IT-related duties when assigned

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- From 1-2 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree in IT field
- Familiar with Windows OS
- English: Intermediate level
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment to customer service
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing will be an advantage
- Able to work under shift schedule, working any 4-day and rest 3-day a week under shift 1 9am-9pm or shift 2 9pm-9am
