Ruby on Rails Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

As a Senior Ruby on Rails back-end developer, you will join our team in a product & owner spirit. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers in Asia and Europe, collaborating on the various layers of the platform. As part of our remote team, you will use tools like Slack, GitHub,... on a daily basis.

- Developing the product inventory management system.
- Setting up a robust and future-proof architecture.
- Discuss company-wide choices with regards to the technology stack, architecture, infrastructure, and development processes.
- Translating designs into high quality code.
- Collaborate with the product team (partner’s side) and the team of developers (Vnited’s side) on new features development and issue resolution.
- Report on a daily and weekly basis on the partner’s side & monthly on Vnited’s side.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Minimum qualifications / Must have
- At least 5 years of back-end engineering experience (after graduation), including database management, API handling, …
- At least 3.5 years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.

Required soft skills
- Ability to evaluate technical and functional requirements and ask questions when necessary (no assuming / guessing)
- Willing to adhere to best practices
- Proficient English: writing, listening and understandable speaking
- Open-minded
- Can-do attitude
- Proactive learner and sharer

Plus / Nice to have
- Hands-on experience leading a small backend / frontend team.
- Experience working as a full stack developer
- Experience with React, Javascript, Typescript.
- Comfortable with self-define UI/UX for application
- Any experience with VueJS, C#, Python, Postgres.
