1. Android App Development
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code for Android applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

2. App Operations & Collaboration
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Coordinate with UX/UI designers, testers, and other teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, development, and iteration.

Knowledge & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, various Android versions, and handling different screen sizes.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and best practices.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies, RESTful APIs, and tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java, and modern Android development tools (Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, Jetpack components, etc.).
• Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, research, and stay up to date with new technologies.
• Patient, proactive, and open to feedback.
