Job Description
Work closely with the Project Manager to bridge communication between Japanese clients and the development team. The role focuses on requirement management, meeting facilitation, quality assurance, and internal coordination to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
-Gather, clarify, and manage client requirements; maintain clear and updated documentation
- Organize and facilitate meetings between clients and the development team; share key takeaways
- Review deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards
- Support internal communication, provide timely clarifications, and bridge cultural or communication gaps

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE or in a similar role
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2–N1
- Solid understanding of software development processes and object-oriented programming
- Strong Japanese communication and documentation skills

■Working condition: Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 18:00,
