Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives.
-Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
-Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
-Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
Documentation & Communication:
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional -Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.
-Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
-Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design & Technical Understanding:
-Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
-Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact.
-Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and services.
-Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective.
Testing & Quality Assurance Support:
-Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements.
-Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution.
Project Support:
-Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification.
-Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development 
- 1 year of dedicated experience as a Business Requirements System Engineer (BRSE) or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) focusing on requirements gathering and analysis.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including familiarity with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Fluent in Japanese (N2), Intermediate English
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and web services.
