We are seeking a Project Manager (Male) in IT with 3–5 years of experience to lead projects and coordinate technical teams effectively.

This role requires a young, energetic individual with strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will work with both local and international stakeholders on software and technology-related projects in a dynamic environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Estimate, plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, scope, and timeline are on track. 
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control techniques. 
- Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. 
- Support resource planning and risk management for project teams. 
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; ensure smooth and clear communication. 
- Guide team members on tasks and deliverables; review output quality and integration. 
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers. 
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
- Manage essential project documentation: plans, budget, schedule, scope. 
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and with clients. 
- Solid technical understanding, especially in software and web technologies.

Must have
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Sector: Proven experience in Banking, Finance, or FinTech.
- Language: Proficient English (verbal and written).
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have
- Certification: PMP certification is a big plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities; result-oriented and detail-focused.
- Other Certs: Additional relevant professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ITIL).
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
