● Oversee the end-to-end process of employee compensation and benefits
● Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowances, and working information for employees
● Conduct follow-ups on contract renewals and oversee the management of employment contracts, ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws and company policies
● Conduct advanced benchmarking and data analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures
● Develop detailed compensation and benefits reports and present strategic recommendations to management
General Affairs:
● Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
● Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes
● Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
● Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment
● Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
● Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
● Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately
● Process purchase orders for the office
● Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs
● Perform other related duties as assigned
● Male/Female
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on C&B
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
● Understanding of local governmental policies, regulations, and labor laws
● Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)
● Japanese ~N3/N4
