Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS / Next.js.
• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, pixel-accurate, and performant web interfaces.
• Build and own reusable component libraries and frontend architecture decisions.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) to support pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaboration
• Work closely with Frontend, Backend, and Design teams to deliver product features end-to-end.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and sprint ceremonies.
• Mentor and support junior or intern team members through code reviews and pair programming.

Testing & Quality
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.
• Enforce Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review standards across the team.
• Proactively improve code quality, developer experience, and frontend tooling.

API Integration
• Design and implement efficient data-fetching strategies with RESTful APIs.
• Handle complex state management and data synchronization across the application.

Must Have
• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with ReactJS and Next.js.
• Actively adopt AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and time-to-delivery.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), with deep understanding of browser rendering and performance.
• Solid experience with TypeScript in a production codebase.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and complex state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Next.js concepts: SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and when to apply each.
• Experience with UI libraries: TailwindCSS, Ant Design, Material UI, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Git workflows: branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (Docker, GitLab CI, Vercel, etc.).
• Exposure to WebSocket or real-time data handling in frontend applications.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Interest or prior experience in FinTech, AI, or high-scale systems.
• Notable personal projects, open-source contributions, or a strong GitHub portfolio.
