Skills:
● To design, document, deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
● To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
● Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle;
● Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development process;
● Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
● To support for pre-sales activities (technical proposal and estimation);
● To support recruitment in the company;
● To mentor and train developers from different teams to enhance their technical skills.
● English and Japanese proficiency in both written and verbal.
● Proven experience as a Technical Lead/Architect or a similar role.
● Experience working with Japanese clients.
● Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
● Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
● Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
● Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
