ATTIBUTE DEVELOPENT & DIGITIZATION
- Lead end-to-end project management for attribute improvement and digitalisation initiatives, from concept to implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Ensure on-time delivery by managing dependencies, risks, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve vehicle attributes.
- Track attribute targets and performance using structured methods.
- Support digitalisation initiatives to improve technical quality and project workflows.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for attribute gaps.
- To lead cross-functional projects focused on vehicle attribute improvement and digitalisation at the Vehicle Quality Assessment (VQA) department of VinFast.
- The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that enhance vehicle attribute improvement.
- The successful candidate will work closely with attribute development and validation teams, attribute performance groups, IT, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Education / Professional Knowledge:
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program management within the automotive or automotive supplier industry.
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in project management.
- Experience in Quality Control, 8D methodology, Six Sigma, and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and attributes.
- Experience with automotive testing and DVP strategy is preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Product Strategy, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
