Skills:
1. Development Management for the Vietnam Subsidiary
Understand the specifications created by Japanese stakeholders and effectively communicate them for smooth comprehension.
Create fundamental system designs (flowcharts, UML, sequence diagrams) based on the requirements defined in the planning phase.
Manage the progress of outsourced development projects.
Review integration test plans, conduct acceptance testing, and ensure quality verification.
2. Support for Vietnamese Development Members
Comprehend and provide clear answers to questions and concerns raised by the development team.
In cases where independent judgment is difficult, organize the issue and consult with the Japanese team to find a resolution.
Implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, development efficiency, and technical capabilities within the Vietnam subsidiary.
3. Talent Development and Process Improvement
In the future, train and mentor bridge engineers.
Additionally, propose internal improvements to enhance offshore development.
