JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the team in understanding and applying Agile principles, facilitating continuous process improvements.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve impediments, enabling the team to meet sprint commitments and deliver value.
• Monitor and share key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members on self-organization, ownership, and accountability within the Scrum framework.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and collaboration, building an environment of trust and high performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality increments aligned with the product vision and strategic goals.
• Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams to maximize transparency and collaboration.
• Continuously refine and scale Agile processes by collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, contributing to organizational best practices.
• Perform additional tasks and roles as the company requires to meet evolving project demands and strategic company goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of combined experience in Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven experience facilitating agile teams and applying Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in writing clear and concise user stories.
• Familiarity with agile & productivity tools such as Jira & Notion.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced product environments.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Healthcare or technology domain experience is an advantage.
