The Cloud and DevOps Engineer role supports and empowers development teams to deliver products faster, safer, and with less manual effort. Reporting to the Head of DevOps Engineering within the Wearables Software Team, you will leverage your AWS infrastructure expertise, strong networking skills, and experience with mission-critical solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Support application builds, CI/CD, deployments, migrations, and new features with development teams.
• Identify and resolve DevOps performance bottlenecks and handle performance tuning.
• Coordinate and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps processes.
• Implement and support orchestration tools to automate key processes across the stack.
• Provide key stakeholders with visibility into DevOps performance metrics.
• Plan out and document your own technical work.
• Stay up to date with new technologies to help teams identify modern, low-risk tooling opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry experience in DevOps roles.
• Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of AWS Security best practices.
• Good grasp of software development practices.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Gemini, etc.).
• Proficiency in Bash and at least one other scripting language.
• Experience with AWS automation using CLI.
• Experience with Terraform Cloud.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
