Prior experience in finance is neither required nor requested.

Responsibilities 
As a vital member of the Software Development team, you will: 
* Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems. 
* Utilise your expertise in either C++ to write robust and performant code. 
* Utilise Python for various scripting and integration tasks. 
* Continuously enhance our systems to adapt to evolving trading needs. 
* Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our trading systems

We'd Love For You To Have:
* At least 8-10 years of deep expertise in C++
* Proficiency in software architecture
* Experience in low latency or high throughput environments
* Experience in Python
* The ability to write clean code
* Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Good English (4 skills). All test and interviews will be in English

* Working hours: 9am to 6pm – Mon to Fri. 
* Hybrid working enviroment (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). You will be required to work in our HCM office.
* 13th month salary.
* Joining SHUI (Social insurance (SI); Health insurance (HI) and Unemployment insurance (UI)) in and after the probation time. SHUI is contributed based on actual salary. 
* Full salary in probation time (6 months contract). Each party can terminate the 6 months contract at any time). SHUI is paid. 
* Be qualified to join ESOP after 2 years. 
* Annual salary review and bonuses. 
* Annual company trip in and outside Vietnam, 5 stars hotels. 
* Out-patient and hospitalisation health and maternity insurance package (applicable also to spouse and/or children where required – Gold package with coverage of VND 900mil/year).

* Training trips to head office in Singapore after probation. 
* 15 days of annual leave apart from national holidays by law.
* Childcare leave: 
   - 2 days of childcare leave a year (With Grasshopper for at least 3 continuous months).
   - 6 days of paid childcare leave per year, regardless of the number of children you have (With Grasshopper for at least 1 year). 
   - Only be applicable for employees with children below 7 years old. 
* Marriage Leave.
* Maternity/Paternity leave: based on Labour law.
* Compassionate Leave: An eligible employee is entitled to an additional 3 days given for compassionate leave. Eligibility requirements: Passing on of family members - Spouse, Children, Siblings, Parents & Parents-in-law, Grandparents & Grandparents-in-law. Granted once per bereavement.
