Design, build, and optimize backend systems for securities and cryptocurrency platforms.

Develop services using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS, following a microservices architecture.

Work with MariaDB, MongoDB, and Redis to optimize large-scale and real-time data processing.

Design and operate Kafka as the central message broker, deployed on Docker.

Ensure system stability, security, and high performance to handle large transaction volumes.

Participate in architectural reviews and mentor mid-level backend developers.

Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.

Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and NodeJS.

Experience with large databases, query optimization, and data sharding.

Strong knowledge of Kafka, event-driven systems, and microservices architecture.

Experience deploying with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Knowledge of securities and cryptocurrency is a MUST.

Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork ability.

Capable of designing system architecture.

Open to working in two locations: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
