Skills:
The Intramart Leader is responsible for leading and managing projects related to the development and implementation of the Intramart system, including overseeing processes, optimizing, and maintaining the BPMS (Business Process Management Software). This position will work closely with technical teams and clients to ensure project efficiency, risk management, and process improvements.
- Lead and manage the team responsible for developing the Intramart system.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of the Intramart BPMS system.
- Optimize workflows and integrate the system with other platforms.
- Manage technical requirements and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
o At least 2 years of experience as a Project Lead in IT.
o Knowledge related to the Business process management software (BPMS) and Lower-Code platforms is preferred.
o N2-level Japanese proficiency or higher (JLPT).
o Strong knowledge and experience in Java, Java script and SQL.
• Knowledge of web development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Proficiency at least one database management system such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
o Leadership abilities, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks during the project
Desirable:
• Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including design patterns.
• Knowledge of open source technologies.
• Able to make shell scripts for tasks automation purpose.
• Can go business trip (Japan, APAC countries, etc).
• Good communication skill.
• Good working attitude.
● 100% salary in probation time
● Beside NET salary, employee will get bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.
