- Participate directly in projects related to online payments, e-wallets, loyalty programs, mobile banking, and digital lending solutions
- Utilize and enhance the company’s internal frameworks to develop and deliver high-quality products for clients
- Research and stay updated with emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance products and optimize development processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development lifecycle, including bugs reported by QA, clients, or other stakeholders

1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python (strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript is highly preferred)
- Experience in developing responsive web applications across multiple devices and optimizing user experience (UX)
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work directly with foreign managers and international teams
- Comfortable participating in 100% English interviews and working in a fully international environment
- Ability to effectively utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to support development tasks such as coding, debugging, documentation, and productivity optimization
- Candidates who already have a valid passport are preferred, with readiness for overseas business trips or onsite opportunities

1. Salary, Bonuses & Allowances
- Competitive salary ranging from 30,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND, negotiable based on experience and capability
- Guaranteed 13th-month salary, year-end bonuses, and project-based bonuses
