Job Description:
🔹 Overview:
The Tech PM designs comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring systems align with business goals, are technically feasible, and optimized for cost, performance, and scalability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Work with clients, business teams, and BAs to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Consult and design overall software architecture (system design, infrastructure, integration).
• Propose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on requirements and budget.
• Collaborate with dev teams to estimate effort, analyze risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and present solutions to clients.
• Ensure architecture meets performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their real-world applicability.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 2–3+ years as a Software Architect or Tech PM.
• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, and integration.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (client-facing and internal).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge: Healthcare, Telecom, Edtech, etc.
• Stack: Java, .NET, NodeJS, React, Angular... (experience with newer, evolving technologies is a plus).
• Preferred: Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent.
