We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to plan, develop and execute projects in the mobile payment and digital advertising space. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the mVAS landscape and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 

YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

● Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints 

● Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project objectives 

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables 

● Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective mitigation strategies 

● Report project outcomes and/or potential issues to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plans 

● Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis of healing and problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution 

● Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes and improve the speed at which the company can respond to and capitalize on opportunities 

● Conduct post-project evaluations to access performance and identify areas of improvement 

● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 

● Stay abreast of of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in the mVAS sector

● English fluency is a must 

● 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within mVAS industry 

● Professional certification such as PMP, CSM, CSP is preferred 

● A sense of ownership and price in the performance and its impact on the company’s success 

● Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills 

● Expertise in conflict resolution 

● Proficiency in project management software and related tools including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, etc.
