● Develop and lead the overall QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
● Manage and mentor a team of QA executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
● Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
● Foster a high awareness of product quality within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
● Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
● Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
● Work closely with other departments, such as development and product management, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.

Must have
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
● Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role 
● Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly for web service and mobile applications
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
● Familiar with Agile/ SCRUM environment
● Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
● Ability to communicate well in development projects
