Job Description:

You will work on a marketing platform used by real estate professionals, including tools that help automate campaigns, manage client outreach, and leverage AI to improve marketing performance. The platform also integrates with real-world production systems, connecting digital workflows with physical output (e.g. printed marketing materials), making this a unique full-stack product with real business impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain features in a Ruby on Rails application
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs
- Work on AI-assisted features that improve marketing workflows
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ship high-quality features
- Improve performance, reliability, and code quality
- Contribute to architecture decisions as the team grows

Tech Stack:
- Ruby on Rails
- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Background jobs / async processing
- Cloud infrastructure

Job Requirement:

- Solid understanding of web application architecture
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails including:
- MVC architecture
- Background jobs
- Performance tuning
- Code quality and maintainability
- Working knowledge of:
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- MySQL
- Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of web application security and best practices
- Experience designing APIs, working with third-party integrations, and debugging complex issues
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
