MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

DevOps to support
GenoHub: 35b rows of AWS S3 based genome data services, REST, SpringBoot, AWS EMRs and PEGaSys: serverless AWS based data lake that
● Loads data from numerous DBs
● Stores data on AWS S3
● Covers it by Glue catalog definition to allow SQL like access (Athena, Presto, Redshift) and then
● Aggregates/calculates data (AWS EMRs) for downstream applications via AWS AppSync API

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

● Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
● Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
at least 4 year

● Proficient with Git and Git workflows
● Working knowledge of databases and SQL
● Knowledge of common backend technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, Postgres, Kubernetes, etc.
● Good sense in how to maintain the security and reliability backend systems.
