DWARVES APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM 2022
A 6-month of work-train-study model for mid-level and above software engineers to

- Take a turn in working environment
- Optimize software insights, tech stacks, technical knowledge & technical skills
- Build up team work mindset, engineering mindset & soft-skills training
- Figure their next move in career path
- Grow and earn as a full-time Dwarves

WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAM
Within a 6-month timeline, you will be working with mentors and peers to

- Develop professional skills & engineering mindset
- Try on dynamic projects: Fintech, Marketplace, Blockchain & Supply-chain
- Gain insight with feedback and performance reviews from peers, mentors, and managers
- Collect learning opportunities, expanding network and exploring self-competencies

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

You have at least 1 year of experience as a software engineer, demonstrated through either client or personal projects.
You get excited about learning new skills and new technologies.
You are willing to be open-minded at work, feel comfortable with handling ambiguous tasks and seeking for advice when appropriate.
You are able to speak and write in English.
Most importantly, you have a can-do mindset.
