Our Company: Secomm BWD – previously known as Secomm or Saigon Ecommerce Solutions – has been established since Jan 2014. We mainly work with clients from Australia, but not limited to that area, we have nice clients in Singapore and Vietnam as well. As the name can tell, we are a web development company that is specialised in providing solutions to retail stores using Magento platform, helping them to sell their products/services online.
We are in partnership with Built With Digital Company, a digital marketing company in Australia, who help us in managing client’s expectation and billing.
Our Team: Secommers include talented developers that are chosen carefully. Our core team members have great experience in system integration between Magento and 3rd party systems like payment gateways, shipping providers, Address Validation Services, ERP, POS, CRM, email marketing systems, etc…
Our Development Process: At Secomm, we use JIRA to manage projects and tasks, with Agile Methodology, which ensure tasks and projects are done properly and on time – BUT 1 rule on top of everything: QUALITY. We also use Bitbucket for source control, implement Bitbucket Pipelines to automate the build process and deployment.

Receive projects’ requirements from BOD or Business Development department and liaise with technical team to review.
Set up projects and tasks on project management tools (Zoho products).
Manage projects, tasks following the expected deadline and requirements.
Manage member’s workload to allocate appropriate resources into projects.
Liaise with customers for requirements clarifications or testing.
Liaise with third parties if required.
Handle objections from client and coordinate with the team to solve problems.
Monthly report or end-of-project report on project's spent effort and team members performance
No technical knowledge required
Fluent in English (four skills) as you will have to communicate directly with client, business development team and third parties from overseas via emails and phone calls.
Have working experience with foreign clients is a plus.
Well organized, good time management, logical thinking.
Possess an analytical skill as you sometimes need to analyze the requirements or problems yourself before delivering to the technical team.
Good at Microsoft Office, writing documentations.
Know a bit of some design tools is a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop...).
Self-motivated, willing to learn new knowledge, skills, technologies....
