Senior UX/UI Designer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Conceptualizing creative ideas with stakeholders.
- Understand the full scope of a typical user-centered design process: build low & high fidelity wireframes (UX), create visual design (UI) & prototype design solutions (Interaction Design).
- Deliver attractive and effective user interfaces across a range of features in-app, games in-app, and operation tools.
- Conduct user research to validate design concepts.
- Turn data from the market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate trade-offs from there. Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
- Work closely with the product management and collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the Design System.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams from the start to the launch of a final product.
- Ensure that quality of implementation meets design requirements

- Team structure : hoạt động mô hình scrum master.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design. A strong UX/UI portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of UX/UI design tools
- Strong working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Familiar with front-end engineering, especially in CSS. You should be able to handle minor CSS work instead of passing every little CSS thing to the engineers.
- Previous experience with user-centered design principles and practices, and web/mobile standards.
- Previous experience with user research.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to jump in and do what it takes to help the team achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
