* Agile Execution and Team Empowerment: Serve as the dedicated and decisive Product Owner within a Scrum team. Facilitate ceremonies, manage trade-offs, and clear roadblocks to ensure sprint goals are met, driving consistent and predictable delivery.
* Consultative Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the trusted strategic liaison between C-level clients, business stakeholders, and the technical delivery team. Ensure clear communication and proactive expectation management, protecting both product integrity and client relationships.

We seek a professional who is not just a facilitator, but a proactive architect of value—a true Game-Changing Archer.

* 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong preference for candidates from a consulting or agency background.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Enterprise E-commerce ecosystems (B2B or B2C).
* Experience with complex promotion, pricing, or loyalty engines is a major plus.
* Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale, complex software development projects for enterprise clients.
* Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including advanced techniques for story mapping, estimation, and release planning.
* Strong technical foundation (e.g., prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Analyst) that enables effective communication with architects and developers, and sound technical decision-making.
* Strategic Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective global client partnership.
* Critical Thinking & Creativity: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex business problems, make decisive product trade-offs, and generate innovative solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
