* Lead QCQA team. 
* Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility. 
* Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
* Execute all levels of testing. 
* Design and develop automation scripts when needed. 
* Design and develop performance scripts when needed. 
* Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing timely solutions.

* Working Experience: 3 year+ (leadership experience: 1 year+) 

* Language Skill: 

   - English: Upper Intermediate 

   - Japanese: Some preferred, but not required 

Mandatory Requirements:
* Strong leadership skill 
* Proven experience as a QCQA
* WEB testing experience in both manual and automation. 
* Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. 
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. 
* Strong organizational skills. 
* Passionate about testing, persistent, and take responsibility for the work to apply. 
* Passionate about the product and able to work under pressure. 

Preferable Skills:
* Ability to take risks, find solutions and logically solve problems. 
* Knowledge of mobile testing (manual, automation). 
* Understanding the system from an engineer's point of view. 
* Consideration of the system from a user's point of view. 
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum).
* Working knowledge of test tools (Postman, JMeter). 
* Having knowledge of programming language (Javascript, Python..).
* Experience or willingness to support Scrum Master or Project Manager position. 
* Product Mindset, Start-up Mindset.
