Network Control, Helpdesk
Job Description:
● Helpdesk: Receives job from leader, support user fix PC, Laptop, printer, windows, linux
● Network system: CISCO control( switch, router, backbone), ccna, ccnp knowledge
● Server system: OS maintains control( window, linux),monitoring hardware server HP system
Job Requirement:
● At least Bachelor's or Engineer's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
● Experienced in Linux, Windows server, and configured Cisco system. (Having CCNA is a plus)
● Understanding software development life cycle to better collaborate with software developers.
● English speaking priority
