● Design, develop, and execute performance tests using load generators.
● Design and run fault tolerance tests/chaos experiments with fault injectors.
● Document non-functional test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements with SRE.
● Continuously improve and automate testing methodologies and practices.
● Visualize the non-functional test results and quality via periodical non-functional tests.
● Instruct the product side to run non-functional tests themselves.

● At least 5 years of experience with performance test tools such as JMeter, K6 or any similar tools. Preferred candidates worked at product companies. 
● Proficiency in English. 
● Experience with the Fault Injection tool is a plus.
● Strong understanding of non-functional testing principles.
● Experience with AWS for testing and monitoring is a plus.
● Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
● Experience with scripting and basic programming.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
