Develop full-stack features end-to-end (.NET backend + React/TypeScript frontend)

Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development

Design scalable data models and API contracts

Review and refine AI-generated code with strong engineering judgment

Perform self-QA: handle edge cases, integration scenarios, not just happy paths

Deploy and manage your own work (Docker, basic cloud infrastructure)

🎯 **JOB REQUIREMENT**
* 3–6+ years experience in full-stack development
* Strong skills in .NET Core and React/TypeScript
* Good understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
* Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
* Familiar with Git and Agile/Scrum workflows
* Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude Code…)
* Ability to evaluate, refactor, and productionize AI-generated code
* Good English communication

💡 **Mid (3–4 years)**
* Implements features independently within a defined architecture
* Uses AI tools effectively; open to design feedback from senior
* Builds solid, working code — architecture direction provided

💡 **Senior (5+ years)**
* Owns solution architecture end-to-end, from blank page to production
* Clarifies vague requirements independently; works directly with clients
* Sets the quality bar for AI-generated code on the team

* CI/CD experience
