MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- User Experience: Seek to understand user's needs & behaviors to continuously improve the product experience.
- Feature Design: Translate complex insights into feasible solutions and detailed user flows. Connect every design decision back to users & business goals.
- Design System: Contribute & leverage our Design System & Documentation.
- Conceptual Design: Understand the product at a conceptual level & break down complex features into elements to ensure a strong foundation for any new project.
- User Interface: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications for your design using Figma.
- Design Process: Collaborate with the Design team to raise the quality bar & continuously improve Holistics's design processes.
- Usability Test: Develop & conduct usability tests to validate & refine designs.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers to see a project from research through implementation & beyond.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- 1-3 years of experience.
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating product and visual design sensibilities; understand of design principles & UX best practices.
- Good product mindset, user-centric, problem-solving & analytical mindset; English
- Strong research skill, able to design complicated products (SaaS, B2B, Data).
- Value well-crafted designs and care about the details.
- Like to work in a tech product company environment and with others to learn and grow together.
