About the Role:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an enterprise digital banking platform project. The role focuses on automation, deployment reliability, observability, scalability, and operational stability. You will maintain infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and operational processes across AWS and on-premises environments.

What You Will Do:
- Design, build, and maintain automation tools, pipelines, and processes across AWS and on-premises systems.
- Support application deployment and infrastructure across Dev, Staging, UAT, and Production environments.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps-based deployment workflows, and release strategies.
- Support containerized workloads on OpenShift, Kubernetes, or equivalent platforms.
- Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing to improve reliability and troubleshooting.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, load testing, and platform stability.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, data, and ML teams to support batch and real-time workloads.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release strategies.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with GitOps tools and practices (ArgoCD, Helm Charts, Kustomize).
• Experience with IaC and configuration management (Terraform/CDK, Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk).
• Good understanding of Linux, networking, load balancing, cloud security, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across engineering teams.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions and documentation.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with message brokers or queueing systems (Kafka, Redis, IBM MQ).
• Familiarity with load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy, ELB).
• Exposure to distributed tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Zipkin).
• Experience supporting MLOps platforms, ML deployment pipelines, or data workloads.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Unix shell scripting, or PowerShell.
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with Temenos T24 / TAP, Weblogic, or IBM Cloud Paks.
• AWS or equivalent cloud certification.
