This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining platforms, tools, and processes to enhance the developer experience and improve engineering productivity. You will work closely with development teams to understand their needs, automate processes, and promote best practices in software development.

[Responsibilities]
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and create technical documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain tools and platforms to improve the developer experience.
- Automate development processes using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Provide and maintain standardized development environments using Docker and DevContainers.
- Collect and visualize key development metrics using tools like Apache DevLake.
- Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Support and train team members to enhance their overall skills.
- Act as a "servant leader," helping development teams achieve their goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development environments and processes.
- We expect to join as senior level in our team and becoming leader/manager in the future.

- Upper Intermediate English
- At least 4+ years of experience in software development and DevOps.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with build automation tools like Maven.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and stay self-motivated.
- Passion for helping others and improving the developer experience.
- Strong interest in the latest trends in CI/CD and development efficiency tools, with a proactive attitude toward trying them out
